Sales Testimonial: Dick Barrick at Beechmont Ford

Hi Jeff (Fithen),

As you probably know, Dick Barrick was kind enough to meet me at the old Montgomery Ford location this afternoon and accompany me on a test drive of a 2009 Edge, which I fell in love with almost immediately. He spent a lot of time telling me about the features of the vehicle (with absolutely no pressure), and met me back at that location at 5:00 to purchase the Edge. All the paperwork was already done; all I had to do was sign and get back in the car and drive home.

I cannot express enough how pleasant it is and always has been to do business with Dick Barrick. You have a true jewel working for you--he knows everything there is to know about every vehicle, he is a gentleman and does not pressure the customer at all, he inspires absolute trust, and he makes the purchase such a simple, efficient experience. If every Ford dealership had employees even half as expert as Dick, their sales would improve greatly. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of my needs, as he always has. I hope you are paying him what he is worth!!

I have done business with Williams Ford / Montgomery Ford ever since I moved to Cincy 18 years ago and hated to see the dealership close. Beechmont Ford is just so far for me to travel. However, I was elated to see your service/used car business take over the old location and plan to have all my service work done there. In other words, I want to stay in the LorMar family, and especially want to purchase any future vehicles with the assistance of Dick Barrick.

I thank you and Dick for a wonderful experience. I am elated with my new Edge and will tell everyone how great it is, and how pleasant my experience with your dealership has been.
