Cash for Clunkers Legislation Signed

President Obama signed into law the “Cash for Clunkers” program, also known as the Car Allowance Rebate System (CARS) by NHTSA. This is a government program that helps you purchase a new, more fuel efficient vehicle when you trade in a less fuel efficient vehicle. NHTSA is charged with implementation of rules within 30 days.
